Our Thoughts On Dealer Processing Fees
We are not really sure why anyone charges a "Dealer Processing Fee".
The way VOB sees it, you trust us to purchase your new or pre-owned BMW here. Processing your paperwork, getting your tags and preparing your title application is just part of the sale. We are well aware that almost every other dealership in the Washington, DC area charges a processing fee (some as high as $399), but we choose not to hide our already competitive new and used car pricing behind an additional charge that is frankly...extra profit.
We want you to be confident that whether you shop at VOB BMW in person, by telephone or online that the sale price is the real price. The only thing that is added is the tax and tags that are applicable to the state you register in.* We value your business and respect your intelligence enough not to add a fee that's for a service that all BMW dealerships should provide to their customers.
*Customers who reside outside of Maryland, Virginia & DC and who's tags may require an outside service to obtain, may be subject to a charge that is equal to (but never greater than) what the outside tag service charges us.
